Our production process is well defined, and we follow these steps to ensure a quick turnaround for clients to review their drafts, one round of changes and the service is finalised.
We use professional cameras and professional grade macro lenses, recording devices, mics, cinematic equipment. We build reliability into every step with duplicates of most gear. Our data processing ensures originals are never lost and archived in storage on our server.
We have extensive experience in shooting and post processing – while shooting, the post processing is front-of-mind to ensure the highest quality outcome.
We present galleries for client review, and we respond to all requests for changes. We also ask for a testimonial or feedback on all work.
